The ABC Avon Babycare website (herafter known as the 'Website') is owned and operated by Avon Baby Care (herafter known as " ABC Avon Babycare )
All of the goods on this Website are offered by Avon Baby Care UK which will be the contracting party for any order that you place.
These Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all transactions for the sale of goods on the Website. Please read them carefully. They do not affect your statutory rights.
Prices and Promotions
On occasion, the prices payable and promotions offered in respect of goods advertised on the Website may differ from those prices and promotions offered at the same time by Jusonne UK elswhere. We are under no obligation to honour any promotion in the event that they differ from those on the Website.
Although we endeavour to ensure that all pricing information on the Website is accurate, occasionally an error may occur and goods may be mispriced. If we discover a pricing error we will, at our discretion, either: contact you and ask you whether you wish to cancel your order or continue with the order at the correct price; or notify you that we have cancelled your order. We will not be obliged to supply goods at the incorrect price.
Prices that are reduced for sales and promotions are only valid for the specified period.
We reserve the right to adjust prices, offers, goods and specifications of goods on the Website at our discretion at any time before (but not after) we have taken payment for your order.
Please follow the ordering section. You will have an opportunity to check and correct any input errors in your order up until the point at which you submit your order by clicking the 'confirm order' button on the check out page.
All orders made by you through the Website are subject to acceptance by us. We may choose not to accept your order for any reason and will not be liable to you or to anyone else in those circumstances.
After submitting an order to us we will send you an order acknowledgement email with your order number and details of the goods that you have ordered. Please note this email is an acknowledgement and is not an acceptance of your order.
For certain goods, information concerning stock availability is not available on the Website. If you order goods which are not available from stock, we will contact you by e-mail and you will have the option to wait until the goods are available from stock, or cancel your order in accordance with our cancellation and returns policy. In the event your order is cancelled, we will refund any payment already collected from you in respect of that order, in accordance with our cancellation and returns policy.
Any email or other electronic acknowledgement by us of receipt of an order placed by you does not constitute legal acceptance by us of your order. Acceptance of your order and the formation of a contract between us will take place when we send you an email confirming that the goods you have ordered have been despatched to you unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it in accordance with our cancellation and returns policy.
Right to Withdraw Goods
We reserve the right to withdraw any goods from the Website at any time.
We will not be liable to you or anyone else for withdrawing any goods from the Website.
If we reasonably believe that you are not legally entitled to order certain goods, we reserve the right to cancel your order.
Payment can be made by most major credit or debit cards and in accordance with the payment methods section, or by paypal or by cheque or postal order. Payment will be debited from your account upon or shortly before despatch of the goods to you.
You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorise payment we will not accept your order and we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery and we are not obliged to inform you of the reason for the refusal.
We are not responsible for your card issuer or bank charging you as a result of our processing of your credit/debit card payment in accordance with your order.
Delivery and Risk
We despatch items ordered by you as they are available using the method of delivery specified.
We are able to deliver Worldwide, please see the different charges shown and if the appropriate one is not shown for your destination please ask. Orders will be sent to the delivery address that you have registered We cannot be held responsible if this delivery address is incorrect.
We will use our reasonable endeavours to ensure that the estimated delivery times set out in the deliveries section are met but we cannot accept any liability for late deliveries which are due to circumstances outside of our reasonable control.
On occasion items maybe lost in transit. If this occurs, you must contact us and we will deal with this for you.
Once the goods have been received by you, all risk of damage to, or loss of, the goods shall pass to you. If you intend to cancel your order in accordance with the cancellation and returns policy, you must keep good care of the goods pending their return to us.
Cancellation & Returns
Should you wish to cancel or return any of your goods, you may only do so in accordance with our cancellation and returns policy.
If you wish to cancel an order prior to despatch please contact us by email to email@example.com quoting your name, post code and order number. If the item has already been despatched to you then you will need to follow the returns policy below.
After delivery if you wish to return an item, you may do so within the first 14 days, this item must be new and repacked in the original packaging. please contact us to advise that you are returning an item, please quote your name, post code and order number.
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have a right to cancel your order for any item purchased on this website for a full refund within 14 working days of delivery of your item(s), quoting your order number. You must take reasonable care of the item(s) and must not use them. Item(s) may be returned to the addresses stated in the returns section.
This does not apply to items made to your specification.
Large items are best returned by a courier or parcelforce - we would recommend www.interparcel.com or www.parcel2go.com as good services. Please ensure you retain a proof of posting and take out adequate insurance to cover the goods. Small items can be returned by the post - please ensure you retain a proof of posting - when the item has been returned please email us the tracking details to firstname.lastname@example.org All goods returned must be accompanied by a returns note attached to the side of the box - giving your details - name and address and contact email and also a copy of the fault or reason for return.
The address for returns is to Avon Baby Care , Unit 3, Kineton Road, Wellesbourne, Warwick,. CV35 9NE Warwickshire. This is subject to the following conditions:
You are responsible for returning the item to us.
You will be responsible for the costs of return or, if appropriate, collection (unless the item is faulty).
The item must be unused (other than to the extent reasonably necessary to examine the item), in its original condition and returned with its packaging.
You will receive a full refund of the price paid (including relevant delivery charges) less any collection charges (if applicable) within 30 days of our receiving the returned item.
Faulty Goods and Warranty
All items purchased from the Avon Baby Care range are warrantied for 6 months from date of purchase. If the item you purchase is faulty within the warranty period, we will offer a repair, exchange or partial refund as appropriate. This does not affect your statutory rights. This applies to goods sold and shipped within the UK mainland. There are some products offered for sale that are subject to a 12 month warranty or are subject to the manufacturers own warranty. Please ask for details on warranty on the item you are purchasing if you are unsure. During the first six months we will collect the buggy and return it to you free of charge this applies to UK mainland only . After 6 months the buggy will be covered under a return to base warranty. This means after 6 months your buggy will need to be returned to us by yourselves for repair. We suggest using the courier servies listed in the above cancellation and returns section. If you are unable to return the buggy we can arrange collection and re-delivery of the buggy at cost.
Please note that we do offer worldwide shipping, however in the event of a fault on any product shipped outside of mainland UK, it will be the responsibililty of the buyer to return the faulty item at their own cost to the UK for repair or exchange. Please follow the returns procedure in our returns section.

Each provision of these Terms and Conditions of Sale shall be construed separately and independently of each other and the validity of any one part shall not affect the validity of any other part.
These Terms and Conditions of Sale shall be governed by the laws of England and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. We are required by law to inform you that sales can be concluded in English only and that no public filing requirements apply.
